The Southwest ADA Center provides information on disability-related laws to everyone with rights and responsibilities under the laws. We will not directly intervene or provide mediation services, however, we facilitate the resolution of conflict by providing information to all participants involved. We can refer people with disabilities to agencies that do provide advocacy services.

Can the Southwest ADA Center provide me with an attorney?

The Southwest ADA Center is able to provide you with information on disability-related laws as they relate to your rights and obligations. We do not provide legal services, but can refer people with disabilities to agencies that do provide legal support.

Does the Southwest ADA Center enforce disability laws?

The Southwest ADA Center is a training and information provider. We are not an enforcement agency. However, we are happy to direct you to the proper enforcement agency.

Does the Southwest ADA Center provide grants or other financial assistance for people with disabilities?

Unfortunately, we does not offer grants or financial assistance. However, in many cases, we can direct you to agencies that do provide financial support.
